Adoptable Dog of the Week

Date:

Creamcheese is 1-year-old mixed breed dog who was found as a stray and brought to Oakland Animal Services by a helpful Oaklander. Creamcheese is gentle with other dogs, but since she is a youngster she is full of energy and would do best with another energetic dog or as a solo dog. Oakland Animal Services volunteers adore her. On a recent field trip with a volunteer she walked well on leash and cheerily greeted all of the people and dogs she met. Creamcheese weighs about 60 pounds. You can see a video of her outing and more photos of her on Oakland Animal Services website.

Come meet her this week at Oakland Animal Services on Thursday from 12 – 7 p.m., or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 12 and 3 p.m. Potential adopters with a child younger than 12 or a dog that weighs 25 pounds more or less than Creamcheese must bring them to the shelter for the meeting.
