PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING May 8, 2025
Pursuant to Section 4.04(A) of the Piedmont City Charter, residents are hereby notified that at 6:00 p.m. on June 2, 2025 the Piedmont City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed City budget and fee schedule for fiscal year 2025-2026 in the Council Chambers at 120 Vista Avenue, Piedmont. The Council will hold an additional meeting at 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2025, which will be held at the same location.
At the same meetings, the City Council will hold public hearings regarding the Municipal Services Tax and Municipal Sewer Tax and will set the tax rates for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
Copies of the proposed budget are available for public inspection on the City’s web site at https://piedmont.ca.gov/budget A limited number of paper copies of the budget are available from the City Clerk’s office. You can email [email protected] or telephone (510) 420-3040, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to request a copy.
