Piedmont High School gathered its best and brightest 12th grade students on Monday, May 19, for the annual Senior Awards Ceremony. The event in the Alan Harvey Theater honored standout achievements of the class of 2025 by presenting 36 awards. Students were not told in advance which award they had been selected for. New this year, students were allowed to sit in the audience with family and friends until being called on stage. The change added to the excitement and allowed the seniors more comfortable accommodations than in previous years when they sat on the stage for the duration of the evening. “I would urge you to get their autographs now, while you still can,” said Principal David Yoshihara.
